Conditions of sale

By ordering products from us you agree to these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected. By providing personal contact details, you agree to these being used by us and courier service companies to fulfil and deliver your order.

Stock levels and availability

Stock levels are closely monitored, but on the odd occasion we may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs you will be contacted and given the option to alter your purchase.

Sensory Decisions reserves the right to vary packaging from time to time and whilst packaging is in the process of being changed, the photographs on our website may not be up to date.


No delivery dates or time scales are guaranteed and they are subject to change, service levels and stock availability. We do whenever possible try to get the product out to you within three working days and often we despatch on the same day, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery at busy periods such as Christmas, sales and launches. For deliveries outside of the EU please allow up to twelve working days before contacting us, although it is usually much quicker. Working days are based on Monday to Friday. Although we only offer one delivery service (to keep your costs down), if you require your purchase by a certain date, contact us using the tab on the left and we will respond to your query as fast as we can.

Missing or damaged goods

Missing parcels must be reported within 10 days of your order date. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. To report a missing or damaged package please contact us quoting your order reference number and we will work to remedy the situation promptly.

Refunds, returns and money back guarantee

We will refund or replace any item damaged or that is not to your satisfaction. Simply contact us for more details. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are unaffected.
